15-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from F5 DESIGN. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date.
1. Return Window
You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return request and postmark the item for return.
2. Eligibility for a Full Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective stickers attached.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).
If the item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags, or damage), we reserve the right to offer a partial refund, store credit, or refuse the return entirely.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale."
4. How to Initiate a Return
1. Request: Please email us at FullerF5@yahoo.com or use our online Returns Portal (if available on your Shopify store) with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Authorization: Once approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Ship: Package the item securely and mail it back to us at the address provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving an RMA will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or for size-related issues. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you desire.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover all shipping costs for confirmed damaged or defective items.
